Instructions
Drink 1 cup a day for a mild effect, and up to 3 cups a day for a full effect.

1. Warm 1 cup of milk (of your choice, we love oat milk!)
2. Add 1 tablespoon of Lactation Chai Latte, stir until mixed in
3. Sit back and enjoy mama

Iced Chai Latte
1. Dissolve 1 tablespoon of Lactation Chai Latte with a small amount of boiling water
2. Chill in fridge until cool
3. Add 1 cup of your choice of cold milk
4. Add ice cubes or ice cream and blitz in blender
5. Sit back and enjoy mama
Choc Chai Latte
Blend 1/2 tablespoon Lactation Hot Chocolate with 1/2 tablespoon Lactation Chai for a delicious Choc Chai option
